We’ve identified the six non-negotiables for human performance and longevity. For 30 days, we track these together:
Nutrition: Eat whole food, reduce sugar and fuel for life.
Sleep: Prioritize 7+ hours of quality rest.
Hydration: Drink half your body weight in ounces daily.
Movement: Complete 15 minutes of intentional movement outside the gym.
Steps: Maintain a baseline of 7,500 steps for metabolic health (4-7 days a week).
